These are digital downloads, we do not accept returns.

If you do not want the book, DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT and contact us.

Once the file was downloaded it can not be 'returned'.

If you have bought a book, and did NOT download it yet, you can request a refund. We monitor each download link and can see when items have been downloaded.
